About Daniel Hitchens

I’m a first-year student athlete from New Zealand. I play Volleyball at Thompson Rivers University and currently play Outside Hitter and Middle Blocker. I’m from a relatively large family with three sisters and one brother. In my spare time I enjoy spending time outdoors and around the ocean surfing and fishing. I also like hanging out with mates and playing video games.

About Colby Konig

My name is Colby Konig and I am a first year at TRU. I am taking Communications and I play on the basketball team at TRU has a forward. I grew up in Prince George, BC and have grown up participating in sports. I have interest in going into media management when I graduate and I would hope to incorporate my love for sports by managing sports team’s social medias. In my spare time I enjoy exploring new places and being with my friends as I am an extreme extravert and enjoy meeting new people.

About Raelene Arden

I am a first year journalism student, hoping to go into the field of news and reporting, specifically with sports. I am on the Wolfpack cheer team as a flyer, travelling Canada for competitions and supporting other teams at home games. Besides my passion for cheer and dance, I enjoy hiking and exploring outdoors, going to the gym, and trying new things whenever I can.

about Skylynn Meyer

I am a TRU first year student taking my prerequisites for the bachelor of education to become an elementary school teacher. I am originally from Chilliwack BC and moved here for school. I enjoy baking, going for walks and traveling when I get the time. 

About Sophia Ruiz

I’m a first year Poli sci student hoping to finish with my BAs degree then go to into Law School. I’m from Kelowna BC where we have amazing lakes. I love Hiking and snowboarding over the winter. I also play chess competitively and enjoy volunteering when my schedule gives way.
